ugggh just spent some time on an ashley hate thread *Facepalm* wat a bunch of ass's i know everyone is intitled too there own oppion and everything.....but do they have too sound like such retards half of them cant even put up a good argument on why they dont like her,they just throw out mis-inofrmation,and try too sound inteligent.

i restrannied myself from flameing anyone,pryo was there longer he was trying too convince these users who were there that ashley A.is not rascit and B.has a right too be angry on Horizion.

this was the 107th day without any news from Ashley and so far it has been the most difficult to muddle through. However, I´m certain that it will be even worse tomorrow... Why should I even get up in the morning? Another day of waiting for nothing but a weak flicker of hope is not what I am looking forward to.

Mr. Hudson mentioned something about upcoming dlc that focuses on character development. Some people are speculating that he is actually talking about Kaiden (R.I.P. dear friend) and Ashley. The fools!

I have watched the interview too and have seen it in his eyes: the lies.

I stumbled upon a latin saying today:

"Forsan miseros meliora sequentur..."

(For those in misery, perhaps better things come after...)

Maybe I just have to wait longer and when we all least expect it, we will be rewarded for our patience? Ash is definately worth it.

For one she can't be sure it's even you. She did, watch you die.. and two, you're working for a terrorist group. An enemy of the alliance. And she's die hard alliance.

Also, she's not angry because you were dead.

I'm sure she knew it was you when she hugs you at first (or else I dont think she would). I see what she means about working with a terrorist group, but come on, I'm pretty sure she would think that I would have a pretty good reason to be working with a group that we had hunted down during ME1 (besides them resurrecting me).

Shepard doesn't really give her a lot of solid reasons. He gives her a lot of Cerberus PR crap, but not a whole lot in the way of a compelling argument.

Ashley is not Shepard's satellite. She's not just going to go along with anything and everything he decides. For once in the history of RPG's, the player character has to prove themselves to their companions, and sometimes comes up lacking.

I don't know what she was thinking for sure, but if you had watched someone you know die, re-appear 2 years later and start talking to you, you wouldn't be exactly sure that person was who they claimed to be either. Had ash packed up her things, and left with you, she would have been abandoning her post. That alone is probably enough to get her in big trouble with the alliance, but her leaving to join up with a group the alliance sees as enemies, is probably enough to get her kicked out for good. Giving her family history she simply isn't going to do that.

Also, I think she's a little traumatized and emotional. When she calms down, she sends you a really nice email which expresses how she really feels about you and you working with cerberus. I'll see if i can find it.

Bottom line, she is a human being. Something sorely underrated in Mass Effect.
