One thing regarding Ash, possibly already covered: Her taking action on Virmire to repeatedly shotgun Wrex in the face/quad.

Of course this only works if you haven't done the influence points, or armour quest and other things, but still. The option to chew her out is there.

It has already been covered, I think, though I myself was always a silver tongued man by that point and charmed Wrex down; I think she did the right thing - knocking him down and then putting him down - Korgan regen very fast, after all.

Didn't you have to give Ash the signal to get her to kill Wrex? Or was there a way for her to do it on her own that I missed?

You can Paragon him to stand down, Renegade him to stand down, shoot him yourself, signal Ashley to shoot him, or mess up the convo and Ashley shoots him.

Ashley only kills Wrex if you signal her to, or you completely fail the conversation and Wrex doesn't back down and is about to kill you himself. Ashley gets a lot of flak for a situation that anybody would have acted in a similar manner for. Just protecting the Commander

Yeah I have played/watched that scene three times now and seen it handled in three different ways. None of them are satisfying unfortunately
