Good question is, when do we get to meet the William's sisters!

hopefully Ash is recruitable, because then I could see a scenario where maybe their homeworld gets attacked or something by the reapers, and you go on a mission to rescue them.
that would be epic.

Writers "dropped a bridge on her" in ME 2, just to get her out of the way.
If they are doing loyalty missions/companion side quests in mass effect 3 (they better be) then that would make an awesome sidequestSpectre_Shepard wrote...

I got a little annoyed during my Paragon ManShep playthrough where I was staying loyal to Ash, and kept having to turn down ME2's female LIs. Not because I had to turn them down, but the manner in which Shepard did so. Never once was there an option that was like, "I'm flattered, but I'm still in love with Ashley," or something along those lines. Especially with Tali, who would have completely understood a response like that.

Same, I wanted to talk to the other LIs and still be nice, but after turning away Tali in a mean manner (best choice on saying no) I kinda just ignored the LIs and stopped talking to them just so I wouldn't mess up ME3. Was worth it in my eyes though, but still could have been better

i personally hate Ashley and made sure she died on Virmire. However, considering it isn't an issue for me I fully support those who like her. go for it! i don't see why Bioware would screw you on that one. don't worry.

I would love to see a return of Ashley as a major role in ME3.
She was my second favorite squadmate in ME1. She's got such an energetic enthusiasm about life. Her closeness to her family was great to see. I felt like she was someone that I would have liked to meet in real life.
I agreed with her viewpoints about the Council; their lack of support for Shepard and the mission was sickening. It honestly took quite a bit of will on my part to save the Council in the end.
One thing I would really like to see in ME3 is a complete differentiation between Ashley and Kaidan's lines. This wasn't seen in ME2 and I feel like it was a disservice to the characters. Ashley and Kaidan are foils of each other; she is the most renegade character and he is the most paragon. When romanced, they can reverse roles. Though I believe they would have undoubtedly had the same opinion about Shepard working with Cerberus, they ought to have said it differently.
Anyway, that's my two cents on Ash
