And you know what they never explained on the Horizon mission? How did Ashely go from being frozen by the Collector swarms to being perfectly fine 5 minutes later while the rest of the colony blasted into space. I was hoping there would be a mission where you got to rescue her from the Collectors at the end of the game.
Me too. I explain that to myself as: Kaidan/Ash are in armour, so they've got medi-stuff pumping into their systems, which is why it wears off faster. Works for me!
Ah...video game science prevails again!

Quick point regarding Colossus armour; it also becomes available from vendors if you buy the Kassa Fabrications licence for the Normandy requisitions officer. Licence is available from the C-Sec officer in the Citadel or the Elcor on Novaria. Once you pass a certain level, the mark 1 model will start to show up on inventory spawn cycles. Being nearer to 60 means the mark 10 will be there, as with other items.
One way to get all the armour for your crew is to save the game infront of the vendor that sells the armour, then talk to them, see their wares, if they have an armour you want, buy it and move on, or reload it they don't. Found out in one of my ME1 playthroughs a few years ago the item listing when you talk to them is not set until you talk to the vendor for the first time that particular time you've landed on the planet/station. So returning to the Normandy flying somewhere, coming back then talking again would reset the list.
I think it's also possible to work out who will sell what in regards to armour type.
C-sec officer will sell the human and turian models, the Hanar in the predisium will sell some of the alien models, as will Morlan and probably Xpat in the wards.
Yes, I actually worked this out once. I like the Colossus armour, but with my most recent playthrough, moved onto the Predator armour sets, as I prefer to have to rely on shields and biotic resistance, than physical damage resistance.
Also, morning from Scotland on this... well, something Sunday. Curtains are shut so can't see anything

It will be grey tho', as this city I'm in is always grey.
