Man, it is *so* unfair that I haven't been able to see the hug in-game yet. The bro played ME2 first, and of course, he romanced Liara so we had an asari snogfest instead (not to get off on a tangent, though). Then, when *I* started a game, since I wanted to get over the new game learning curve with a non-essential Shepard, I started a default ME2 character--big mistake.

All of which means I must finish this flat, shallow playthrough so I can get to my main Shepard, who is now and forever loyal to Ashley Williams.
