Ok, back on topic then, heh. Hopefully Ash will be back in full for ME 3 - though she might just the "contact in the Alliance" NPC - would be sad face if I couldn't finish her romance post too.

Voted - I'd like to see special ending for the love interests, but no so much as to make it a central planck of the game.

Im scared that Ash is gonna die before I get to recruit her in ME3 because I was an ass to Anderson.



I think he will give her some crap assignment on the edge of the Terminus Systems again.

I want her on Earth ready to recruit. Safe from the Collectors/Reapers/Geth/Whatever have you.

BioWare has said that ME3 will be the end of Shepard's story, so I'm sure all romance options, whether they were introduced in ME1, ME2, or ME3 (you know there will be at least one new LI) will have a part to play, and that loose end will be tied up one way or another. I'm not entirely convinced that Ashley/Kaidan, Liara, et al will return as squadmates, though I hope BioWare will at least give us the option to try and recruit them. It seems weird to be able to have Garrus and Tali along, but not them. Wrex needs to stay on Tuchanka, though; he's doing important work there.

I'm honestly hoping that the Bioware folk don't pull the cliched "Save the love of your life or millions of people." Even if they have other cliche of "Option 3: Be so badass as to save them both". Or just kill of the LI to prove they don't have to please the fans, heh.

I would save her 99.999999 times out of 100. If it was Earth that was set to be blown to hell, God No.

Thanks for the push, Liam.

And I NEED to have Ash in my squad in ME3. A) she is WICKED with an assault rifle or shotgun and I have always seen her and Shepard as a team. I will be deeply saddened if she has another NPC role, unless it is massively substantial - in which case there's no reason for her not to be on the squad.

I just want to finish ME3 and have my Shepard be able to be with Ash at the end. That's all I'm asking. Anything after "and they lived happily ever after" can be done with fanfic.

I'm terrified of an Ash or Everyone Else decision.  YIKES!

Thanks - subscribing - and the fanfic is sort of my drug replacement now I've pretty much finished mass effect 2 (Though I'll probably end up playing it twice more to get all my LI versions in place for the eventual release of ME3).

i dont see why her horizon episode was so bad. she freaked out. so what? what girl wouldnt freak out on you if you came back from the dead, were in love with, and then joined up with a group you fought together against two years earlier?
