Ash is super pretty in this pic. Coincidence that it's her most vulnerable moment in the game ("You make me feel good enough")? I think not.

There's just so much to love about Ash!
Her love for her family and willingness to sacrifice herself for the greater good and to redeem her family honor. Her strength, she has a high spirit and wont give up on what she want's and if you got in the way of that she is gonna kick your ass, lol. Her love for poetry, and clubbing, she like's to dance.
Ash is a traditionalist, she joined the Alliance part of her family tradition, she has a drink every armacist day and marks it as a obligation, and she read's her fathers favourite poem to his grave everytime she goes home. Ashley claims she isn't one for words, but her interest in poetry helps her to say what she feels.
Ash dosent seem the type to settle down but i think she would wed and have kids to carry on the family and for love. She will protect her family at all cost's, she traveled home just to walk her sister to school, and she is willing to put up a fight against anyone who call's her grandad a traitor or a coward for saving live's at Shanxi rather than accepting the inevitable defeat if they kept fighting back and the much larger casualty count. Ashley claims ''a Williams has to be better than the best'' to make up for Shanxi, making her dedicated to her job but also blunt and quick-tempered.
She went to the same boot camp as Commander Shepard, Macapá, Brazil. And they both reminisce about there time there and about Gunnery Chief Ellison. She is a natural leader and her old squad praised her tough but fair" discipline.
Ash dosent like people dying for her, she blaimed herself for her squad getting killed and for Jenkins (even though she never meet him) and she blaimed herself for Kaidan when it was not even her choice.
When not on duty she spends her time's cleaning rifle's, i guess to clear her head or so she is alway's ready for anything to happen, maybe both. Ash has a ear to the ground she hear's all the scuttlebutt (gossip) before anyone else.
Ashley also has strong religious beliefs, but she is hesitant about discussing them with Shepard because people sometimes get weirded out by them. Ash's faith is enhanced by her work in space - "how can you look out at this galaxy and not believe in a higher power?" - and she's confident that her father, who passed away, is with God now. She still knows his favorite poem, Tennyson's Ulysses, off by heart.
Due to her time groundside she has never worked with aliens and is has a hard time trusting them, that being said, Ashley isn't xenophobic. Though she doesn't hesitate to shoot Wrex if she truly believes he presents a threat to Shepard on Virmire, she happily volunteers to go with Captain Kirrahe's team and works well with the salarians, respecting their tenacity and skill. Also, despite her belief that humans need to rely on themselves, she dismisses Terra Firma as a group of ''racist's'' and xenophobic "jackals" who have replaced the originally noble aims of the party with anti-alien paranoia. Eventually Ash comes around, content to work with the Normandy's multi-species crew to stop the Reapers.
Ash like's to tease and joke, "if you want me in a tinfoil miniskirt and thigh-high boots, you'll have to buy me dinner first... sir." and ''Shepard before you go, i just wanna say....wait you no what? im not telling. You wanna hear this your just gonna have to come back to me''
This is why i love Ash, and no doubt the same can be said for the rest or you lolTry and find that much personality and realism in any other caracter, becuase you wont! lol.

Differences in perspective is all.Obviously not 'real' as in 'reality', but that was how strongly she resonated with me.
Will do .. will do , reading all the pain the "reunion"(ME2) has caused in this thread i'll think I save it for when the neighbours not homeError Dnamyx wrote...
I recommend wearing full combat armor +helmet during the ME3 reunion.

Just popping in to show support, Ash has always been one of the characters I liked the most.
I'll always miss the way she'd call Kaidan "L-T", something that regardless of our choices will never happen again. :/
