So you already knew how it worked before asking?<_<  I don't know where all the other characters fall along the line. I think Ash might be #2 just behind Wrex, so she'll only want to save the rachni/council if you bring Wrex along. But that might change depending on whether or not you use paragon options when talking to her and change her mind about the council.
