I don't understand why everyone hates the horizon conversation so much! I thought it was actually pretty brilliant; I totally didn;t see it coming, but then was really touched when she tried to mend things with the email afterword. ignor these thugs bioware! The horizion confrontation made ash so much more then the lovesick puppy forever following you that players wanted her to be. if you want a weak chick, go romance tali. everyone who wants an independent women will stick with Ash.

But yeah, its not the ideal scenario to have a love conversation. I can get what people are saying with the 'why can't he just say he loves her' point of view, and I can get why other people think that was appropiate to the scenario.

Agreed, Shepard's responses were some of the worst in the game. Though after two years and all they'd been through, the fact Shep was working for Cerberus shouldn't have been enough for her to get so pissy about. Not to mention the responses while talking to Joker afterwards sucked, makes it seem like they were no more


And in response to the person who asked about the song, Vigil from the ME OST would be what I would have chosen. Good thing BioWare read my mind because that's the song they played.

At least there was hope in her e-mail which may or may not have invoked an emotional response from me. The Ulysses line was a great touch.

You are about to go into a suicide mission. Dont you want that issue resolved before you go and possibly die fighting the Collectors? Dont have to mention the mission you are on is of the suicidal variety though.

No, she was pissy because it looked like you'd just being pretending to be dead for the last 2 years and/or working for cerberus that whole time. Basically, TIM made it look at **** as possible when he had his agents leak information to the Alliance.

Sure, but Shep had to stuck it up...for now. He needed TIM to reach the collectors. My Shep screwed TIM over at the end though
