I don't understand why everyone hates the horizon conversation so much! I thought it was actually pretty brilliant; I totally didn;t see it coming, but then was really touched when she tried to mend things with the email afterword. ignor these thugs bioware! The horizion confrontation made ash so much more then the lovesick puppy forever following you that players wanted her to be. if you want a weak chick, go romance tali. everyone who wants an independent women will stick with Ash.

Yes, but the real scenario is

Saving the Galaxy and 'dem lips' > 'dem lips'

;)

Waiting for Rambo 46 to come swooping in. With a ,   Man oh man do I love Ashley.

Could not have said it better.  Ashley is an awesome character!  She is a person...a strong willed, opinionated, entertaining, and FLAWED person.  She was a product of her upbringing as she explained in ME1.  She was not designed to be "perfect" like Miranda (who I liked but not nearly as much as Ash).  Ashley was a very well designed character in that respect.  Sure, she had flaws...her hate for aliens being the biggest one.  She was still cool as hell though.  I loved how she would make fun of you in ME1 if you said a cheesy comment.

I chose to stay faithful to Ashley in ME2 as none of the romantic options struck me as being nearly as interesting as Ashley.  I greatly enjoyed Bioware making that an option and I loved how my Shepard spent the night before jumping the Omega 4 relay in his quarters looking at the picture of Ashley.  It was a moment like he was remembering what he was fighting for.  I cannot express how awesome I thought it was.

I would love to see Ashley in ME3 and have to work to rebuild that trust with her and making the right decisions in the end of ME2 could show her that you were not working FOR Cerberus, but you were using them instead.  Love the game.  Love Ash!  ASH FOR ME3!!!

Me I like the neck. The hair up to me is just so much apart of her character. Don't know if I would recoqnize her with it down.

I like the neck too, but Bioware's animations tend to make her look funky in the first game when they showcase it; like when she's arguing about the landing zone on Illos. Just imagine her with a ponytail like this. She could pull that off, but mostly for something special and there's no overlooming galactic threat from the Reapers.=]

Ok that might work. But when people say hair down, I figure they mean lose.

What'd be wrong with that? She deserves to let that hair loose once in awhile, heh.

She may or may not be comfortable with having her hair down, but glamorous ponytail that accentuates her features more? Hell yes. I'd be real happy if Bioware does something unique and special for each love interest in ME3, instead of personalized dialogue and intimate scenes. Change up their appearance (not just outfits), unique settings like Ashley having Shepard meet her family and so on.

Agreed - though not sure about the ponytail, I think that keeping her hair up during the love scene was...alittle odd, heh.

Yeah that made the scene look a little strange but nothing wrong with it, it's still a great love scene better that all ME2 love scenes.

Oh I meant the ponytail for the family dinner or whatever. They ought to give her a deshevelled look for the actual intimacy.

I'm not sure how it works, given I'm a guy who keeps his head short, but doesn't tying it up like that involve clips and/or a stick thing or something? I wouldn't have thought those would be comfortable in the bedroom...?

About to be faithful again actually. About to finish a ME1 play through with Ash.

Import that into ME2 so I can be lonely and broken again.

Hoping for better in ME3.

Luckily for Shepard, the Turian Councilor shows up to save him in the nick of time!

"Ah, yes, 'Miranda.' We have dismissed that claim."

It will be interesting to see what bioware comes up with for ME3. That feels so very far away.

Hope is all we have at the moment. But I don't think the would handle any of the LI with DLC. Major expansion maybe. I have a feeling we will have to wait till the release of ME3 to see what happens. Will we be happy? Time will tell.

Edit: The only romance DLC I could see them doing is maybe adding some shiny new toy to play with. Not interested.
