I dont think that was original from me. It was something someone wrote or posted as a plot for a ME fanfiction. Thats what bugs me with FF.Net, some of it is diamond in the rough stuff, others are just straight off rough stuff.

It's actually really amusing to read fanfics since before ME2 was even announced and see the directions people thought it would go, and nary a one are any sort of correct.

I prefer playing Renegade.

Alot of the Paragon options are little to naive for my taste, I prefer a Shep who doesn't play games.

Being a douchebag comes with the territory sometimes, though on my 2nd playthrough with my paragade I feel I played it right 90% of the time I had 4 bars renegade 2 paragon.

IMO if you want to deal with heartless monsters you have to become somewhat of one yourself, show them what they put the innocent through, make them feel that same fear.

I also think it ensures loyalty better(AS LONG AS YOUR NOT TOO MUCH  A DOUCHE!!!)

As it says in The Prince "it is better to be feared than loved if you cannot be both"

Like I said my 2nd time through I think I managed to get a little of both, my first time I was alot meaner than I would of liked.

Once again IM NOT saying anything against ppl who play paragon, just had to stick up for my renegade a little bit

That's why I enjoyed the Save Editor immensely. Full Paragon and Renegade, so I can actually play Shepard as practical without suffering those kinda silly consequences.

Well sometimes it seems like you can't commit to anything other than a static one-sided playthrough. Oh, no renegade interrupts for me, mother, I'm playing paragon! I wanted a little more freedom than that.

Legions cool but Sheps got history with Tali so I knew he'd be on her side over the new geth friend

Well thats why you play Paragade. Its what I do. I didnt hold back on interupts.

Actually, the pause button has been around since the Atari 5200.
And if I pause, I make no progress.

I didnt run into any problems. I was stil able to resolve arguements, and I could use charm in every converation that allowed it.
