Who votes that we ought to see some of the Williams sisters in ME3? I wouldn't complain if this were a meet-the-family sort of thing, or just another of those it's-a-small-galaxy moments that Bioware love so much. Would love to see some one-on-one interactions between Ash and one (or more) of her sisters.
Thats a really good idea, I would love to see that somehow incorporated into Mass Effect 3, as long as it was done right.
One of my favourite parts of Mass Effect 2 was the small sub-plot about Mirandas sister, I felt it was done really well and wasn't just stuck on like a quick extra. If Ashleys sisters were somehow introduced, I would hope it was done just as well.

I'm thinking some sort of loyalty mission would be a good time to introduce them. Maybe redeeming the Williams name in the eyes of the Alliance or something?RazerPhoenix wrote...

That could work, although I'd hope after everything she has done by the end of the second game she must have at least helped a little towards redeeming her name
What I think would be nice would be a small mission building on the sense of values we see in Ashley when she tells the story in Mass Effect about walking her sister to school after her boyfriend attempted to force herself on her.
The mission could be something along the lines of:
You get word one of Ashleys sisters is in hospital injured, possibly a coma or similar after being attacked. You return with Ashley and visit her sister in hospital and then have some form of choice whether to leave Ashley with her sister while you go investigate the attackers, or assist Ashley in tracking them down.
It will provide lots of Paragon/Renegade choices as you either decide how far you are willing to go to track them down if you went alone, or if you went with Ashley, whether or not you talk her out of doing things she might regret to catch the attackers.
Similar Paragon/Renegade choices would have to be made after you finally get the attackers, whether to kill them etc.

First of wasn't it like her great great great great grandfather or something? Why is it her fault?
And yea if stoping a Reaper from destroying the Citadel isn't enough to "clear" ur family name in the ME universe than they all deserve to get killedby them.

No it was just her grandad, i thought it was okay to be honest. I think the Williams name has been redeemed by ME2, Ashley's file has gone from good with good technical scores and crap assignment's all the way to classified. I think she maybe special forces even now, atleat i hope so! Lol, Ash deserve's it.

What is really dumb is the Alliance casting the pall of villainy over the Williams family name for an honorable, if controversial, act by Ashley's granddad. They aren't worth the effort of proving just how stupid they are.<_<

When you're talking about a family being blacklisted over an imagined betrayal, I think you can pretty much forget about finding a rational reason behind it all.

Certainly anyone who is that willfully ignorant.

I love Kimberly Brooks voice, i am just speaking to Lanaya in DA:O now...god i wish she was a squad mate and a LI! lol. Her voice is so comforting and familiar, i cant wait for ME3 to hear again as the voice of my favourite caracter Ash =D
That voice of hers really does make whatever character she's voicing come right out of the screen and feel like she's there in the room talking to you. No one else's voice does that.
