It's not what Kasumi is saying. It's what the writers are saying.  And they blatantly ignored the fact that Kaidan and Ashley even EXIST as love interests.

And I don't wanna hear "oh but you got to talk to Joker and Kelly about them."  No.  EVERYONE gets to talk to Joker and Kelly about them.  That dialogue isn't romance specific.  Kasumi's is.

IMO kaiden is only slightly more interesting than Jacob - and neither was a particularly good LI. Awesome for MSheps - have decent "bro" conversations. Just my opinion of course. Then again, I don't really think there is a "good" LI for FemShep anyway. Not a fan of Liara. Closest I could get to "good" is Garrus. And that is more about Friendship than sex IMO.
Thane would be a viable alternative but the shift from friend to romantic partner is HORRIBLE.  Right after talking about his dead wife.  Seriously?  WTF Bioware?

Bashing is a pretty stupid act since were all fans of the same game.  Giving your opinion on a charachter is one thing, but there is no need to continually smear someone in game with better charachters than any other rpg out there.

I dont know if this works, considering I never didnt romance anybody, and I never pressed this, but considering what the option says, it should work.

On that playthrough I was already too far into the Ashley tree by the time I recruited Liara (had already done Feros and most of the exploration/sidequests).  So those speech options never became available.....

If you like Kaiden great! I'm glad you enjoy boring, bland, preachy, goody two shoes, nonexistent personality nuke sitter. I personally don't, and though I hate talking smack about a character, I really hate being bashed for my opinion
