Of the romances I have seen Tali's always made the most sense to me. She runs through an extensive review of how her feelings for you developed. It was easy to jump to the desire for the physical aspect. I have not seen Jack's or Thane's, so I will take folks word that those are good ones. Miranda's made little to no sense to me. Especially the engine room sex scene. Look! I'm laying right where Joker fell when the ship escaped the Colletors! Sans crew.

In the end, but I just don't think Garrus was characterized as a one night stand, hey let's relieve stress kind of guy.  He seems fairly passionate about EVERYTHING he does, but sex is casual?  I don't buy it.  Jacob and Miranda?  Sure...I can see that.  It's one of the things that turns me off about them, but I can see it being in character.  If they didn't do the cute thing at the end where Garrus is obviously nervous, (implying that he does at least SOMEWHAT care about FemShep, even if that care is limited to not having to inject her with epinephrine), I would count it as total loss, just like Jacob's.
