Yes, but we have morals, emotions and personalites. Geth would kill a child or hundreds of people without remorse.

I see no reason morality can't be programmed. Ethics are nothing but behavioral patterns after all. Legion also recognizes moral issues as well.

Yes but Asari, Quarians, Turians Krogan ect aint human but there living things. The diference is Geth are synthetic but they are synthetic life so the rules of genocide still apply. But killing a Geth body is not murder in anyway it's actually vandalism lol.

Then if any species decides to create "life" killing them afterwards would be genocide?
They are just machines, processes that have become aware of their existance.
