Yes, all sentient beings have rights.

Geth arent even sentient until a bunch are networked together.

So if I killed one single geth is that murder? Its not self aware.

And we aren't sentient until we are a couple years old. A dog is as intelligent as a two year old.

So is it murder to you, to kill a few geth processes?

Attempted murder more likely, after all, they just dowload themselves to another location.
