I didnt care for Mercs 2 compared to Mercs 1.
Another point in my arguement that original games are usually better.

Sure, although I loved it I've accepted that most of you are unsalvageable.

Havent played that game since release, I will try to make legit statements, and you can argue it, if you want.
The guns, are horrible. They advertised that they had all these guns were different, besides looks and slight ability and damage differecnes, there isnt much difference between two guns.
Most, if not all, of the sidequests, are pointless. Go find four pieces of this gun like a f*cking easter egg hunt, and then you can use it, even though the gun sucks.
Vehicle control is dreadful. Did the creators ever play Halo? Or GTA? The vehicle controls so stifflly and its just garbage. You can even get snagged on the smallest objects. And If I remember correctly the gunner was pretty useless.
Coop would be so much better, if there wasnt a huge ass difficulty spike for adding more players. Thats stupid. The point of co-op is to make a game easier, since you have friends. If the game is easier solo, you have a problem.
Everything and anything looks the same. The enviroment, the caves, its not much different. Its all a desert, and not a very well made one eather.
Then story was ****** poor horrible. It had a story at the beginning and very end, otherwise, nothing. Your searching for a Vault, and you get greeted by a big monster, and kill it, then that chick that talks to you turns out to be a satellite, and the robot is a ninja assasin. Really?

Thats about all I can think about, ATM.
