so just want to ask what everyones opinions are abou tseeing her face in ME3

i for one really hope we get to see their faces
she and all the quarians have been hidden for 2 games and in ME 2 especially with her being a lover interest it builds up to getting to see what she looks like.
im hoping something happens with the quarians in me3 like maybe shepherd and legion's geth could help retake their homeworld
and i for one wouldnt even care if her face is completely dfferent from what i expect id just be happy to finally see what her and all quarians look like

i like it a lot- i know shes basically a WOW elf but she looks attractive, which keeps the romance option interesting plus she doesnt look too similar to other species

I'm curious about that myself. I hope that she is attractive, rewards her fans for their faith, myself included. I think it's a mystery that has carried for long enough and should be revealed. At this point it would be unreasonable not to, especially given what she says when you romance her.

I wish I were a good enough artist to put my imagination down on page, I've done some studying of anatomy and stride mechanics of different kinds of animals, and I'd love to take some guesses at Quarian anatomy/physiology. Nothing dirty implied.



I think it's safe to say that they have relatively human facial features, because shepard smiles when he sees her, he doesn't have that "No, really, honey, your hair looks... great..." look that he would get if she had a squid face or something. Even if you love her, take off the mask and you're looking at Cthulhu, it's gonna be a downer.

Quarian's eyes are so easily visible behind the mask, I think it's a safe bet that they're either very silvery and reflective, or have a faint luminescence of their own, both indicative of excellent low-light vision, and explaining why their visors are tinted. Conjecture on what we know can give us a lot of clues if only we had artists willing to do our bidding.

when people say "lets keep it to our imaginations" it really irks me. everyone is entitled to their own opinion of course, but this is the way it feels and sounds to me.

she's a love interest. hell i'm Muslim, all Muslim girls i meet usually have their Niqab on, if i fall in love i EVENTUALLY wanna see their face. It would be shallow of me to say no, because of fear she may not be as beautiful as i dream her to be.....



lets see her with our own eyes.



if you really loved the character, than it should speak very powerfully to you when you see her eyes and face, if you somehow fine her ugly and ergo don't like her anymore, that ought to say more about you than it does about Bioware's artists and or writers...

With the Collectors Edition Strategy guide for mass comes with an art book. In it they show pictures of what a Quarians face looks like.



And according to that concept art (remember its just concept art but they had a few different takes and they were all very similar, leading me to believe thats what they indeed look like) she looks nothing like that War Craft Elf. Sorry.

also, Grunt said that humans, asari, and salarians are soft enough to stab a finger into, but quarians are not. so they may have some kind of plating or scales.

that is actually early Thane art. they never show Tali or Quarian faces in it.

check it out, at the next page, it's a progression of different iterations before they decided on a face for Thane.

I think when they make the 3rd installment that they should have a mission where you get the Quarian Planet back and you get to see what they look like. They should be the best looking thing it the Multiverse. She has a slamming body, wish I was in the game with her.

Yep, only thing I dont like is the hair, short hair makes sense under the helmet, but with the cowl she wears, you just sort of expect it to be long. I'd like to see Quarians actually have hair, thus far, humans are the only known species in the galaxy with hair, or anything similar.



We'd have to give them SOME kind of distinguishing feature besides the eyes, skin color, and leg-shape, though. I'd vote for a quirky facial anomaly, I think a bony ridge or pointy protrusion at the back of the jawline would be both different looking, and sort of sexy and an unusual way.
