Anyone have problems to exchage their codes to download Shale and Blood dragon armor?

I already tried introducing them in 3 different ways with and without the Caps Lock:

xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and

xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx



None of them worked
