Aight, so I created an account here on this site with the same email I use on my Xbox Live account, then used my code on Redeem Code (on this site), but I cant find the bonus content in the game! What have I done wrong?

You cant access it until the first time your allowed to alter your gear, which will be one you leave the station. When you select your armor the option to change "type" is how you get to all the extra gear, like the Terminus. If it's not there then you may have an issue with getting all your accounts synched up.

Then you need to get your accounts all snyched up. There are plenty of stickies around that should be helpful

but I have already used the code for Terminu Gear. can I refresh it of any kind with my EA account since i cant redeem it again?

If you contact EA about the issue and explain it, they may be able to help you get it all sorted out and make sure you get your items.
