And honestly, would you not buy the 3rd if it lacked sideboob?
Thusly, the entire thread has no point. Yet we keep it going. Personal poo flinging aside, nobody is wasting thread space, the thread is wasting forum space.
Anyway, carry on and don't trust to call stuff waste of thread space.

Who is trying to change your opinion?
Uh, I never said anything about that. Are you even keeping up in your own conversation?
This is about you getting insulted about someone thinking your opinions are rubbish.
Waste of space indeed.

not every game needs sex in it just like not every star wars film needed to end with the destruction of the death star.
Name a single good Star Wars movie other than Empire that did NOT end with the destruction of the Death Star.
I thought not.

In some ways, Mass Effect 2 seemed to be Empires ugly brother. Empire Strikes Back set the stage for a conclusion, that and it was pretty damn good. Lots of things happened (in my opinion), ME2 seemed to try the same thing but sped through it with it's foot on the pedal. Things were set up but before you can really grasp what you've done the credits are already rolling.Drewmeister wrote...

Adding word to keep relevant to thread: sideboob... *cough*

I consider myself and anyone who agrees with the above few posts on this page(21, should responses knock my post back a couple in the time I type it.) This is the group that believes one or more of the things below:
Sexuality can be seen and represented in an artistic light, not so much as a carnal urge for procreation, but as a bond binding two people together. .
exactly... and as I said before, the scene in ME 1 was sensual and not in the least bit pronographic. However having Kelly dance for you the way she does is imo more pornographic (see my post here for elaboration: http://social.biowar...6475/20#1210092). I have no problem with that, but I think it's absolutely hypocritical to then play the big moralist and call people who want a sensual ROMANTIC love/sex scene like in the first ME "immature".
But then again, that's so typical for America, I suppose (not so much here in Germany, though we have a similar problem with the depiction of violence/gore): It's not the context that defines the moral, it's what is shown. Adultery, hookers, strippers? No problem, as long as everyone is dressed. But just ONE sideboob/ass/nipple, even in a romantic consensual relationship, and it's the devil's work... yeah, makes sense... hypocrites...

Good post. Yeah, strippers and hookers practically scream of immaturity and is way more pornographical, despite their clothes. ME1 scenes were just sensual and Romantic. Much closer to what intimate and MATURE relationship is about. Nothing to get hormones running and je... you get the idea. Instead it was sweet and tasteful.

I honestly think there is no need for nudity in this game. Thats like saying their should be nudity in Star Wars, or Star Trek even. To want it is a bit immature in itself. Back in the day when movies where made and it was taboo to show nudity, they still had love scenes like they do in Mass Effect, but it left the rest to your imagination, which makes you wonder. Thats the beauty of Mass Effect it makes you wonder. Its called a romance not a porno scene. You fail to grasp the meaning of it, the romance. Putting in nudity takes away the whole energy of the romance and then focuses it on the nudity. Im my opinion, this game should not have nudity.
Thank you for completely ignoring the last arguments...

Good point. Its immature to show two consenting adults showing their love for one another yet its perfectly okay to show Ms. Fanservice doing a stripdance? <_<
Yeah that's really mature. Really.
