2 normal hits and one of the special attacks
I just go into cloak right when I see it if I can't move anywhere
I think the attack needs to be bigger and actually be able to kill you on its own

Non insanity players get lost. Just like in ME1 they only insant killed you on the insanity level.
This has nothing to do with "making the game EZ", it has to do with ****** poor design and fixing something that takes skill OUT of the game and replaces it with luck.

If you just move to either side behind cover, it will completly miss you.
As he says.. and I also have to say that it's not even that hard to miss.. it's pretty easy to see when he's going to launch it.. so, in short terms, practice a bit more with playing, and you will learn not to just scream-"aim"-fire aimlessly

Snipers hurt yeah, but if you sprinted from cover to cover I'd rarely even get hit.
Anyway, as long as I keep moving even while in cover (its not just total immunity thank goodness) these things never hit me.

Well you have a team that are capable of helping you out when that happens with a warp or overload
Wait, you sit there and wait with your teamtes warp in the case he should happen to hit you with that BS combo?
I've played through the game with 4 different characters on insanity, maybe twice on lower diffuclties. and am completely convinced this is nothing more than "geth sniper part 2". It's luck if it misses you, even if moving, it's luck if he doesn't chain attack afterwards(which is what finishes you off). Holding on to a warp on teamate would not only be stupid but it wouldn't work because he spam attacks. By the time you know you got hit by the knockback you are waiting for the second one to finish you off. Warp would do nothing at that point.

No buddy i've never had the problem you are having. He usually dead once he takes over a collector. I don't give him the time of day to shoot back. I was just thinking of a solution for you. Not making an attack on you. Just try to be a bit more polite next time you talk to other people. MANNERS are free.Remember that.

Projectiles differ in speed and appearance. Like sniper's laser trail. Dodging not difficult. Even if unavoidable compensation possible. Even on Insanity. Limit risk taking while eliminating cronies.
Why thank you Mordin, haha.

The habringer has a very cheesy insant death tactic where he just throws that knockback ability followed by whatever the hell else he throws. This is instant death on insanity, and as far as I'm concerned, it needs removed ASAP. If I wanted to play a game based on luck, I'd play the lottery, not a video game. Whether or not he manages to pull this combo off on you seems completely luck based.
Sorry to say it but what he shoots is a slow moving projectile that's easy to distinguish from his other attacks. Move to the side? Even then I've yet to be killed getting knocked back by it. Only time I could see that happening is if you get hit by it when your shields are gone.
Regardless the projectile moves slow as hell.
Besides, cover in this game is overpowered. NPCs should have grenades to get you out of cover and move to a new location at the very least. I can't count the number of times I went afk to make lunch or get a snack and come back to see that I'm still alive while crouching behind a crate.

Seriously.
Just throw a singularity at any Harbinger and he will not attack, as long as you maintain it on him.
Really, just throw singularities at about anything and they never attack, even with shields etc.

Geth sniper even easier to doge. See giant red line, get behind cover. Easy. Can understand difficulty with harbinger based on this analogy. Player response to visual cues, sup-optimal. Pay closer attention. Take fewer risks. Live longer.

You can't move. There are like 5-6 colelctors when you are fighting him. It is completely luck based. The end. No skill. Roll the dice. Non infiltrators, sentinels, and soldiers are pretty much screwed.

Wyh not. While in cover, even if you press move-right/left key just once, it will miss you 100% of the time.
