Hello there. I've searched through a few topics hwere and was unable to find much help.
First of all, I know my XBL Gamertag is linked with my EA account, because it showed that it was when I entered in the promo code for the Terminus Gear.
Here is my problem: I am unable to get any of my DLC for Mass Effect 2, except for Cerberus Network (I entered in the code for that, and got it just fine). This includes the Terminus Gear, the Blood Dragon Armor, Zaeed, and the Normandy Crash Site.
These DLC do not appear under the "New Content Availabe" tab OR the "Downloadable Content" tab on the main menus.
When I load up the game, the Cerberus Network loads. But, often it will show nothing there. Sometimes, it will give info on Zaeed and the Normandy Crash Site, but I am unable to download them or anything.
Am I doing something wrong, forgetting something, or is this an EA/Bioware issue? I would like to be able to use the DLC before the zombie apocalypse. Please help.
Thanks.

Did you try using the extras option on the menu to manually open the dlc tab?
If you pick extra there is an option for DLC, that will open up a menu showing what you can download and what you have downloaded.

Yes, that is what I meant by nothing appearing under the "Downloadable Content" tab.
In fact, I can't even open the tab. (It just makes a noise)
Also, I thought I'd mention that I emailed EA support some time ago asking for help with this problem. They have yet to get back to me.

Sounds like a Bioware/EA issue at this point. For some reason your DLC list in not being populated.
Look over at the section of the fourm where it displays your profile info, go to "Profile" then "Your Registered Game Promotions" See if any ME stuff is listed there.

Yup, it is all listed there. (I just registered Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age: Origins right now, but I doubt that would be why I am not getting my things, since I'm getting everything in Dragon Age: Origins, including things from playing Dragon Age: Journeys, which I received well before registering)

It might not be the issue, but when troubleshooting it never hurts to check everything.
All I can suggest is checking now that you have everything registered, if nothing then try clearing the xbox cache, rebooting and trying again. After that I'm afraid you'd need someone with access to the dlc system it's self to help you :/

It appears that registering did the trick. All of the DLC is now appearing under the "New Content Available" tab.
Thanks for all the help.

You could try installing the disks to your hard drive and see if that has any effect.
It's been my understanding that your required to have a internet connection in order for the dlc to work.
