If you side with Bhelen (regardless of race), and take the discount offered by Lord Dace the discount in question gives you 25% off the goods that Gorim carries (though doesn't increase the money you gain by selling to him). The wiki had previously been unclear on this subject, I had to cut my testing short so I do not know if it also applies to Old Tegrin.

I also haven't tested to see if this discount will stack with that offered to dwarven nobles by Gorim.
