Firstly, I'm sorry if this has been spammed a bit already, but I'm having trouble locating where to get my XBL gamertag up, and getting the Dr. Pepper promotion code of mine to work. It says it'll be in the online store, but I don't think that will work if I can't even find where to register my XBL account on here in the first place, or my Cerberus Network account as well.

Any help is really appreciated, and, again, very sorry if this is a reoccuring question.
