So I've noticed that certain squad members get more points than others.  For example, right now I'm using Miranda and Mordin as squadmates, haven't unlocked their loyalty abilities yet.  At level 30, Miranda has Overload, Warp, and the Cerberus Leader skills maxed.  Mordin has Incinerate and Salarian Scientist maxed but only has 9 points left over so Cryo Blast can't be maxed.  So Miranda has 1 more point than Mordin.  Jacob has the same amount of points as Miranda, able to max out 3 abilities with 0 points left over.  Not really sure if this is intended or not, but it is a bit annoying because for any character other than Jacob and Miranda, the only way to max out 3 abilities is to max out their loyalty ability (since you get a free point in it when unlocked) and any 2 others.  Also, because of this I ended up with several squadmates who had extra points I couldn't do anything with.
