I don't want to make another thread to attract haters, but so I do not have to watch it myself, what happens if/when Shepard leads Tali on then refuses her?  I read that it's heartbreaking.

I couldn't let it pass. Even if I tried. She's just so...fragile and my Shepard loves her (like a little sister - and felt really bad when he had to let her down easy later).



So what DOES happen when she just cries?

even my closest-to-evil-as-renegade-can-be Shepherd, the one who sided with Moridin, told the Volus 'biotic god' to charge and gave the most dangerous piece of technology ever created to the single least trustworthy and clearly evil megalomaniac... even that Shepherd had to give poor Tali a hug

The headbutt is so awesome because Shepard like flexes his neck afterwards, you can't just imagine what he thinks: "Oh #@/! that hurt"

I have played through the game three times and have not noticed this interrupt. Is it really that short? I suddenly feel terrible for not hugging Tali.

Agreed. I *had* to hug her, even on my full renegade femshep. One of the best moments in the game. Along with the headbutt. Hee.

There isn't a renegade option for this moment. In fact, I don't think there are any instances with both at the same specific moment; it's either one or the other. Letting her cry is renegade enough, though; you're one cold SOB if you can ignore it.

I had been waiting for 'hug' interrupts for a while up until that point. It was nice that they actually put one in.

Even on my renegade playthrough I can't. Tali and I go back to the first game.



It's not like I lose Renegade points for doing a Paragon interrupt.
