I'm just starting out on mass effect 2, and am in lazarus
I can get to the point she tells me to collect the grenade launcher.. which I do, and I hold down LB as stated but there is nothing to select and no mechs to fire at. I'm stuck between two small rooms
Anyone any ideas?

You stand over the launcher, hit a to pick it up, then hold the shoulder button and nothing happens? Or does the "weapon wheel" come up and the launcher is not listed?
Did you look at the ground to make sure the launcher wasnt still there? it's easy to accidently walk out of the interaction range.
