 Sorry dudes, didn't know where to post this else but I'm so curious.
I'm wondering which assault rifle is used in the official The Soldier trailer.
Is it skipped from the game or something?
The gun looks awesome, and the sound of it is much more epic than the normal assault rifle.
It's this assault rifle:

You can see it in action from 0:37 in The Soldier trailer.

Does it even exist in the game?
So yes, where can you find it?

Thats the Vindicator light machine gun. At a certain point in the game you will be able choose between it and two other weapons if you are a Soldier.

Light machine gun? Lol? So its not even an assault rifle?
And can you tell me which point maybe?

It takes up the Assault rifle slot when equipped.



You'll find it on the Collector ship.

Thanks dude, but that's at a late point at the game right?

It's the "middle point" sorta. There are 3 missions that get triggered that effect the main game plot, it's the 2nd of the 3.

On the Collector ship where you find the dead collector in the pod. You get an option between 3 different weapons, though I don't really understand why you can't just pick them all up.
