Well I have been able to redeem and install the Stone prisoner and
Blood Dragon armor thanks to the codes in my boxed retail version.
However I cannot buy the Warden's DLC as I have not got the 560 points
in my account. As it seem I am not able to buy points either as I
receive the current message in a pink window:

menu.item.buy.game.points is temporarily unavailable.



How can I buy the item or add Bioware points to my account? Please help!
