If you mean for the forged I.D. stuff, you're looking for an asari that can't leave the citadel. She's by the stairs for level 26, sitting on a couch.

Just to let you know, giving the forged I.D. to her is the Renegade option. With this being Mass Effect, there is always a legal Paragon option....

I too am looking for the forger. The complete Assignment name is "Citadel: False Positives/ Look for Forger"

I have completed "Find Use for ID", "Talk to Kalara" and "Talk to Customs".

Thank you in advance for any meaningful help with this assignment.

Citadel: False Positives = completed.

There is no forger per se. The ID is found in the Garrus loyalty mission. However there is the paragon option of being able to solve the asari's problems. Never had a problem with it but then again I always do it late and have lots of paragon points.

I found you can do both. Give them the ids and then convince the guard as well.
