[Deux_Ex]

Like many other people, everytime I would try to start ME2 it would crash before the game would even start, with only the Unreal engine at the bottom of the screen. 

My solution: Un-install ME2, and re-install it with right-click "Run as Administrator," and do the same thing the first time you run the game on the ME2 .exe

I'm running Vista 32 bit
