I've just spent the bulk of the past day trying to get my DLC to appear in my DLC section, time that should have been spent playing the game. I've read the tech support section and tried every tip I could find on this forum, but nothing works. No DLC items appear when I log in with my EA account. I can't even purchase The Warden's Keep because nothing shows up for purchase, either.  Here's what shows up on my "registered game promotions" page.

The Stone Prisoner
Blood Dragon Armor
Collector's Edition
The Lion's Paw
Memory Band
Helm of the Deep
Amulet of the War Mage
Embri's Many Pockets
(Blank Rectangle)
The Lucky Stone

I wonder if that strange blank space below Embri's Many Pockets is causing a problem with my download? Otherwise, I've tried everything I could think of. I've enabled the Dragon Age Updater, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the updater several times. I would have deleted the manifest.xml, but I don't have one. I disabled my firewall and ant-virus while attempting to download. I'm certain I'm logged into the correct EA account. I only have one, and it links back to my profile when I click the "online profile" button, plus my character updates and my screenshots get uploaded to my profile.

I have been running around the Internet looking for a fix, but nothing I've tried so far has worked. , nor have any of the inquiries I've made received any form of reply.  Can someone from Bioware PLEASE address this? I would like the content I paid for, please. Can I, and those similarly afflicted, get an option to manually download the DLC and install it ourselves if this problem can't be fixed?

I'm using Windows XP, by the way.

This worked for me...
3.2.2. Manually start the Dragon Age Updater Service if present
1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START

I have this problem too redeemed everything shows up on my promotions page but no content showing up or downloading and yes i tried using the manual start with no success.
