There is a particular side quest: Omeg- Packages for Ish

In which I picked up the packages in my first playthrough and gave them to him (not realizing there was any other option)

In my second play I choose the other option, got a paragon response yet the quest still appears lighted instead of greyed out. Highlighted it says "Both packages have been delivered, and Ish offered his thanks." but it is still considered an active quest.

Clicking on it, it says :Deliver the package to Ish in the markets of Omega

Looks irregular to me.

I am not nitpicking as I could careless about whatever is the issue with this, but I thought the staff would like to know of the issue.
