I could not find my specific prob listed so...

I have just about enough points to buy the ostagar thingy with the points earned in-game. Yet no matter how many achievments points i eran it stays at 240, it will not update in game or online...don't even get me started on the online profile stuff..omg! anyway it would be nice to use the points i have painstakingly collected....whats the deal???

It would be nice, yes. But I think those points are there just to calculate the % completed in your game. I am afraid you cannot add them as BioWare points.
