 I'd love to hear some opinions on running AP or Wrap Squad Ammo for my Insanity/Soldier play.

I just played the Samara recruit mission with the Wrap/Squad ammo bonus with Miranda and Thane. The Warp ammo was very effective against everything but shields.

I'd love to hear where AP Squad ammo might be better.
