I think that people like him but hes obtained so late and it sucks. You get barely any time to interact or see how he is in the world before your crew is abducted.

I agree with you. The original plan for Legion was a reoccuring figure throughout the game stalking you and you get this big plot twist to recruit him and such and not really see him as an enemy, but sadly that was not the case in the final game. :(

He is pretty cool.

Even so, I wish he was more of an ever-present threat, stalking you throughout most of the game. He'd have more plot relevance that way.

Yeah, based on his trailer I thought you'd see Legion more often during the story and that perhaps later you can recruit him.

When they asked me if I wanted to go get the IFF or recruit more members, I said recruit because I wanted to get Legion.

Didn't care about anyone else, I wanted to have Legion at all costs. When I completed every single story quest and sidequest I was mad, I realized Legion was at the IFF (since that is the only area left).

I wanted more opportunities to speak with him, I'm bringing him w/ me on my second playthrough for Tali's Loyalty quest. I want to see the Quarian reactions.

I'm surprised he didn't cause a bigger stir at the Citadel.

Legion rules. I had him in my group for the final battle. I was pretty touched by the fact that he wore Shepard's old armor that in my next playthrough, I used the same colors for my current armor. Felt more like a team that way.

I love legion. Hes probably my favorite Male-based character in the ME series. And his obsession with Shepard makes it 10 times better. It jsut bugs me thats ome people want to see him be a LI. hes a GETH for gods sake! you dont see Sarah Connor gettin it on with The Terminator...

If you look around, you'll find plenty of Sara Connor/Cameron slash for the Sara Connor Chronicles (for those that don't know, Cameron's a female appearing terminator.)

On the other hand, Legion is far more like a machine in appearance...

On the other other hand, Rule 34.

As I have already said before, to make Legion a LI he'd need to be upgraded so that he has a dangle. And that thing jiggling about in combat is just distracting.

Legion is great, I was actually stunned by the Geth Heretic revelation and I think it's one of the best things in the game. I echo the voices of others however, who think he should have come along earlier in the game. I look forward to fighting more WITH the Geth in ME3 instead of against them.

I thought Legion was ok but regarding the "<insert character here> appreciation threads" they all seem to be romance based ones.

As Legion wasn't  a walking vibrator I don't suppose he/she/it will garner the same sort of emotional reponce as the others.

I do like Legion a lot! That conversation where Shepard kinda 'explodes' about using their N7 armor and if he couldn't use some other junk to fix himself up and Legion not finding any reasonable answer for his reasoning really got to me.

I really hope Bioware doesn't listen to fans when it comes to their story. Like "oh they better bring (insert favorite character) back". Listening to fans complaints about the gameplay is fine, but having input on the story would be lame. Although I really hope Aria is a playable character in ME:3. They can listen to me about that one.

That being said, it's safe to assume Legion will be around as either a squadmate or a major player in the possible Quarian/Geth war.

I know, Shepard shouldn't have really yelled at Legion like that without actualy the player decding. Poor Legion D:

lol... She is pretty hot. :)

Legion, not so much. I like Legion, geth's a pretty cool character I hope geth returns in ME3 in some capacity. (Using the word geth in place of pronouns, since "it" is too impersonal (makes geth into a thing rather than a sapient sentient personality), and Legion doesn't have a sex or gender at all, so "he" (or "she") is also wrong.)

I love Legion, hive mind FTW. Next to Mordin, he's easily my favorite character. I especially liked him after being so miserably let down by Thane. I love the look of Thane and as a party member he has great abilities, but the whole flash back bullshiz and the religion bits kill him for me.

So ya, hooray for Legion, boo to Thane... oh and f*ck Tali, god she's an awful character. I hope I can side with the Geth in ME3 and murder every single Quarian.

Legion's return is practically guaranteed. Even if he dies in ME2, he could be restored from a backup, which I'm sure he would make before going on a suicide mission. I'm thinking BioWare is well aware of this and will use it as a plot device to bring him back.

I think Legion is a very interesting character. It's too bad he comes in so late in the game. There might have been more interesting things we could have learned from him.

I hope they don't take the cheap route and just have him come back from a back up, that cheapens the legitimacya nd value of the life of a Geth.

They are already suffering from the issue of being seen as objects rather than lifeforms. Also Legion mentioned the last time he was "backed up" in anyway was quite a while ago. He would be far different from the Legion we met.

Legion is cool and I'm sad you can't get him for more than just the last bit of the game. Really should have had him not be on the derelict reaper.

I must admit, I think Legion is a great character but the fact that nobody in the Citadel, Omega or Illium reacts at all the stonking great flashlight head being a party member is pretty ridiculous.

Maybe everybody in the galaxy just trusts Shepard instinctively. Or maybe they realise his way of seeing this is different but still right? You know, Shepard thinks 1 is less than 2 and everybody else thinks that he's a freaking nutcase for having a Geth on his team.

The geth are what they are, applying organic values of life to them would be inaccurate. Geth are software, this is explained in the codex.
