Is the Awakening expansion pack coming with new level cap? Because as far as I know it, level 20 is the highest, since that's the achievement. Or what is the level cap at the moment?

I believe it's like 25 at current actually. In answer to your question, yeah, there's several places where they list a new level cap and being able to respec at the start of Awakening as well.

Oh sweet! Can respec, awesome. I wish they did that earlier. Will you be able to for your teammates? Because Alistair has like 6 points on Tanking type stuff when I would like him for Dps.

Not likely for teammates. Everyone's favorite Dwarf looks to be the only one you'll be able to keep. All the other teammates will be new it seems.
