I always thought of Garrus as a very ugly grey turtle. I was thinking the krogan were more like cockroaches cause their harder to kill.

Id have to agree especially the cockroach one.... have you done that or something...? O.o
I would run a thousand light years, and if that would not deter, then I would shoot them with my biotic whatnot.

Seems likely that Anders would be a romance interest for female PC, as he seems to be an "evil" type, while Zev was much more "neutral". With that said, it's likely there would be "neutral" female option for men - and I agree a female elf would make sense.
Considering that the xpac will be shorter than a full game, and in NWN2: Mask of the Betrayer (as the most recent Bioware xpac I can think of) they only added one romance per gender, I think two would be the most we'd get.
What? Only for the straight kids?
I want to romance the Templar gal. The rest is just icing.
Well, after seeing how ME2 dealt with romances, it's likely that the female option will be romanceable by both genders and the male will only be romanceable by females. Bioware may have added a bi male to DA:O, but I have a feeling they'll feel that's "enough" to appease the fans who want gay romance and allow them to continue to focus on providing multiple girl on girl options for their straight teenage male players.
If I remember correctly, the only reason there's no bromance in the ME series is because dudeShep's VA refuses to do it, so this wouldn't affect the Dragon Age series. I imagine if the female LI is bi, the male LI probably will be too, considering that all it'd take is a handful of lines of dialogue while the companion in question's VA is in doing the rest of their lines.

Pfft, Boring!
Bring the drama! I don't want a normal, well-adjusted person in video game romance any more then I want a long, magnificiently braided beard IRL!

Really? Wow, whose signing whose paycheck there. Though that sounds a little fishy, I have a hard time imagining Bioware gutting a piece of their story because of a voice actors demands.

Seems odd to me, too. I certainly can't prove it. Consider it but a rumour.

He has a cheek, with a voice like his, he is darn lucky to get a job voice acting and shouldn't be making conditions.

Speaking of romance... Does anyone else think Wynne was a G-I-L-F ?
That is just the side effect of everyone woman and their grandma having the body of a 20 year old.

Ha. Very true.
I would like to see new LIs but I'll more than likely stay with whoever I had in the first game and make a new character. Unlike ME2 where I'm happily going to get rid of my LI.

All males in the team except Sten hit on her at one time or another. Thus she is a GILF one way or the other. (yes I know Alastair wasn't serious)

Er, Bioware never made Neverwinter Nights 2 or any of its expansion packs. That was totally Obsidian entertainment. Heck, the most recent Bioware expansion pack was Hordes of the Underdark for the original Neverwinter Nights. And that was quite some time ago.

I wonder how are they gonna implement the romance in awakening if you ended DAO with Alistair/Zevran/Leliana as your romance.
I'm guessing we will see cameos of them at some point. Maybe we'll get one of those "jealous" speeches that force you to choose.
I agree !! (<3+75)
At least they own this to us !!
