Ok I have been waiting for Return to Ostagar for a while now and I do not want to move on in my game until I can get it. Today I learned it came out on the 29th of January (No idea this happened or that it is even true) Since my DO doesn't update the DLC page I logged out and logged back in. Now it tells me I do not have wardens keep or the stone prisoner and any of the other collector's edition stuff.

Am I right in thinking Return to Ostagar came out?
What is wrong with my account now?
Why so much hassle for a PAYING customer?

EDIT: ISSUE CORRECTED, POST BELOW WAS THE ANSWER

Yes, Return to Ostagar was released on January 29th.

Your issue sounds like an issue with the Dragon Age Orgins Content Updater service. Its a Windows service that helps manage the DLC ownership rights, and if its running the game can't communicate with the server about which content you actually own. Try manually starting it before you start the game.

1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.

3.) Right click it and select START

This may be all that is need to get RtO to show up, but its a place to start.
