I really liked Miranda but I do not feel that she was as fleshed out as she could have been. The romance seemed to go too fast and her general response was "i'm too busy now shepard".

Oh I understand that completely.  But when you finished DA:O for example, you felt like every persons story arc was complete and you knew them/disliked or liked them and everything was reasonably well summed up.  I don't feel I ever got to know Jacob before he started hugging me, I didn't feel that Miranda was in love with Shepard, didn't feel that Shepard knew enough about her to love her, didn't learn enough about Jack to warm to her and some other characters were the same.

In fact I can't think of anyone off the top of my head besides Zaeed, Thane, Samara and Grunt where it all felt resolved and there was nothing left to ask/talk to them about, and I'd say they were the minor characters.

It makes me think maybe most of the ME2 cast will come back in ME3.

is it black? in certain lights especially in the final mission it has a very dark green shading to it

That and the other LIs didn't have a "cinematic" scene like Miranda. All the other LIs came up to Shepard's cabin and you have a discussion with them before the romance.

I still hate the "cheerleader".After her loyality mission,there was the confrontation between the jack and her.(didnt romance anyone of them)

The only virgin, other than specific Shepards, would be Tali. I think it is rather clear that she hasn't shown that trust or intimacy for anyone yet.

Think by single cell the person means a Cell of the organization, like Cerberus alpha team did the experiments Not Cerberus as a whole

My sentence wasnt difficult to understand.
