Is it just me or your profile pic isnt working?
It isn't working.
I tried to be all cool with a custom avatar, and so far it's only succeeded in messing up my glorious dwarven beard. Hopefully Bioware Social will sort it out. I'm pretty I can fix it by playing a little DAO and get my old avatar back...though I spent entirely too much effort sizing my hoped-for new one properly, lol.

It's a little werid, the process requires messing with one of your DAO character portraits...and Aggronor Aeducan was NOT the one I messed with!
This forum and this thread have spoiled me...I'll go over to the DAO forums and it's not nearly as fast moving. (Though it is pretty awesome that several of the DAO writers post there pretty regularly.)
It's also interesting, because there's not as many "character love" threads...I think a lot of it is people want to try to support their ME1 and ME2 characters in ME3, but no one is entirely sure if DAO2 will be a direct continuation. (And they announced Awakening way before anyone expected, and with a mostly-new cast.) It reflects on how different the two games are...after playing DAO I felt like I had experienced the complete story arc, including a complete arc with my LI, but the ME games are just chapters of the trilogy.

Well I'm ready to admit that I would buy Date Night DLC for 800 points. 1200 if it includes a new sex scene and/or the option to replay the original scene as many times as you like...
Therein lies the power of youtube.

But really, it loses something on YouTube. All the romance scenes do. You're experiencing an interactive medium in a non-interactive way. Plus, it's not "your" Shepard. I've youtubed a couple of the romance scenes and they didn't seem very good, but I'm sure if I was playing them they'd be a lot more affecting.

So how much would YOU pay for Miranda Date Night DLC?
Depends on the content, to be honest.
Max I would pay is $20 - and that would be asking for a -lot- of new content in it. Date night, new conversations, missions, etc.
Also;
Com.. I am very upset with you, haha. When I first played ME2 - I was never once worried about Jacob's feelings for Miranda ever resurfacing - and considered him to be my bromance.. especially with the man-hug right before the final mission.
Now.. I am nothing but suspicious of him.. and I can't stop trying to figure out the easiest way to get him killed on the suicide mission.
Miranda has made me realize that I am a jealous man of very complete woman.

Not to worry, the DLC will feature an option to eject jacob out of the airlock, or letting Mordin use Jacob for his sick experiments.Rathias0114 wrote...

Reposted in the Tali thread, so it's fair play to repost it here =),
Although I'm sure there are people who like several characters, and have a save with each LI. (Jack has a pretty dynamic LI path that I'm interested to try out.)

Also failure to execute Miranda DLC will cause her to leave you for a Hanar.
Almost worth it to have another talking Hanar in the game, IMO. ALMOST.

You even considering that is blasphemy!
And that poll has taken an interesting twist.. Miranda is actually catching up. Tali was in the 80s earlier today and Miranda was nowhere near!

Okay. I was really looking forward to coming back to this thread and catching up on the scintillating discussions that had been had in my absence. Instead I come back and read a discussion about Jacob that portrays him in a new light and makes me absolutely positive that he must die.
THANK YOU!
Someone else who goes from "This guy is pretty cool" to "I swear to GOD if you even twitch when you look at Miranda.. I will 'effing cut you."
Thank you, Meg.
