Is it techniaclly cheating though? I mean you "hooked up" with an LI from ME1. I was unaware that, that had turned into anything serious.

I think you are under the mistaken impression that I want to have my character mediate.
I don't (or at least no more than picking a side). I just want some free entertainment, because my choice is already pre-determined.

In all seriousness, its just a game to me, and as much as I may like Miranda's character and the story attached to it, that's really where it stays at the end of the day. So I'm all for making it fun in the finale, both by giving a satisfying end to the sidestory and any other possible addition (in this case-hilarious drama).



Doesn't mean I don't support Miranda though.

Ya I'm doing another playthrough of ME1 now (while still playing a lot of ME 2 of course), so I wouldn't have to cheat on Ashley. But this way I'll have a ME2 save to import to ME3 where I cheated on Ashley, and another where I didn't. Should be fun to see the difference when you import to ME 3.

At most I think we'll just get an extra cutscene or a few lines of dialogue bud, however I do hope there is a renegade interrupt on Ash though... one can only hope

No, it came from the pre-conception that every exceptionally gorgeous female in a video game is usually a dumb bimbo working to seduce the main character for her own personal agenda.

Didn't help when Bioware named her to be a genetically modified "perfect" woman.

You know, I think it would be pretty interesting that if you cheated on your LI from ME1 it's severe consequence for ME3 would be if it was with Miranda (or Jack for that matter) she got pregnant? You know, something that it's impossible to just gloss over.

Personally, I think Miranda is the superior character and I'd rather stay with her over Ashley either way, but I think the storyline could work.

"I AM SHEPHARD, I HAVE TO SAVE THE GALAXY. NOW I HAVE EVEN MORE OF A VESTED INTEREST... MY MISSUS IS EXPECTING!"

ignore it, its weirding me out how some people can have this much intense hatred over a pixel character, I can understand stating an opinion but there is a difference over opinion and harboring intense and utter hatred against a video game character...
