I felt dirty playing renegade this time through. Most options were simply being a dick or trying far too hard to be "bad***". I liked some of the RT interupts, but a lot of the dialogue options were horrible for renegade.
Agreed - the renegade choices this time around are pretty pathetic. I do, however, enjoy snapping the guy's neck during Miranda's loyalty mission.
I wanted more choices like "Bring Down the Sky"... that was true renegade/paragon and perfectly illustrated the divide. Sacrifice a few for the supposed greater good or stick to principle? There were a couple in ME2, but they were either rather minor or didn't impact much.

As for the talks of moral alignments of organizations, Nassana's company is another great example. You look at her actions toward her workers showed that really the heads of questionable corporations are the ones with the questionable morals or actions, wheras workers more or less are sometimes "caught in the middle".

You were a mistake wasn't a personal attack it was a judgement on the tests and the methods of that cell. Miranda meant that what happened to Jack was a mistake, but not Cerberus' fault (though I argue she is just being defensive at this point since it is usually far enough in the story for her doubts to confront her firm conviction).
Judging from the way Yvonne voiced the character and the way Miranda sort of stares 'down' at Jack when she says it made me take it as if she thought Jack was the mistake (given the context of the scene). I don't mind this because while I valued Jack for her skills, I still thought she was very annoying, and... well, she pales next to the perfect woman!
I thought she was staring her down to make sure she wasn't splattered across the hull...
Honestly, I don't think Jack would win.
Actually, I'm currently playing through as an Infiltrator (stupidly not choosing the Widow when I got to the collector ship, but surprisingly enough assassination cloaked Shotgun wielding infiltrator's mince things up pretty quickly) and you know the part where jack says something along the lines of 'do you know what I can do to a frigate?' I was thinking along the lines of saying: "Do you know what a Tungsten cored mass accelerated round from a sniper rifle can do to your brain-pan?"
That was one time I wish my shep could act... tougher.

You guys know, even though Miranda is pretty good looking up close, distant views of her in-game still make her look kind of like Michael Jackson.
Thanks for bumping our thread.
