Hows this sound, as a Tali fan I will provide all videos for Mirandas background, if I can't find them I would like someone in this thread to find them for me. I do have the video with that option and I'll post it. I want to keep the sticky for facts only but I can fit in other fan videos, no not love scenes but informational videos on the said characters for your own arguments and what nots. I already have Tali videos on the sticky and I'd be more then happy and put Miranda videos there as well.

As of right now my biggest concern is for the Thane fans, I need information on Drell and the relationships they have with the Hanar, huge informational things. Again please find videos pertaining to information about how Miranda became to be the "perfect" women and such.

Again I will use this for peace treaties against the fans so we don't have wars.

Quite a brilliant switch there eh, mate? Haha - well, most of the people in these threads will glady give you help in regards to information. One of us might be bored enough one day to look up all the theories and ideas that we have come up with regarding her history and whatnot.

Curious though, do you like/dislike Miranda? Interested in hearing your opinion on her.

Haha sure I can tell you my honest opinion. I only did some light hearted trolling to you guys because I was bored  but I certainly don't want to cause some sort of uproar.

Back to your question though, I honestly have strong mixed feelings about how BioWare made Miranda but I can discuss that threw messages and most certainly concerning that topic would cause an uproar here and again thats the last thing I'm trying to do.

I like her, her story was well played out and enjoyed helping her, she certainly can pull her own weight in protecting her sister and her breast and buttix () I still don't fully trust her. Out of all the people who have ever met the Illusive Man to our knowledge she is the only one whos been with direct contact with him. He is a strange, strange man and I don't think he's even human, it's those eyes. I personally need to see more of her being trustworthy. I also wished that they didn't make her look like such a **** in skin tight clothing, I got tired of walking every corner of the Normandy and see some women with ether huge hips, Tali, nothing on, Jack or Miranda. Out of all the women in the ship I respect them in this order. Samara and Tali both come first, Miranda is second and thats it. I hate with a passion Jack and I'm disgusted with Kelly Chambers. I hope to never see Jack or Kelly Chambers again in Mass Effect and that Kelly could take her Varren STD's off my ship and no were near Samara, Tali or Miranda.

Yeah, I also got the salue before the suicide mission when I hadn't romanced anybody. That's as male shep. I liked it, not as good as the hug though. ;-)

While your comment about her clothing is understandable, it's also needs to be mentioned that it is part of her character's personality. Like she mentioned - every part of her was tailored to give her an edge over anyone, including her looks - and instead of shying away from it, she flaunts it and uses it - just like how TIM and her father used her.



I actually thought Samara's outfit was more outrageous than Miranda's, to be honest - with the insane cut right down the middle - but, to each his own. Thanks for dropping by the thread - and I hope eventually one day your opinion of the character that we all in this thread love, can join the upper-echelon of the woman you respect.

Of ALL the people in this thread - I thought you'd be one of the few who chose to not make that promise with her. It's quite a good scene - and it further builds on the whole ideal that she truly cares about Shepard.

I just had to mention, we've discussed it at length and Miranda actually isn't the only person we've seen meet with TIM in person. In the very first cutscene with Miranda and TIM, you can see someone hand TIM a datapad. I think it's likely that the top ranking and most trusted operatives in Cerberus do meet with TIM. And obviously he has to have some form of personal security and/or secretary-type personnel. I think he did trust Miranda a great deal, but in getting to know Shepard, her loyalty to Cerberus, and ultimately TIM, faltered. I wouldn't be surprised if she were one of the most loyal squadmates in ME3.

Haha thanks, but I would like to say something about Samara and why she's up there with Tali. When I first saw her I thought great another Asari **** but after doing her loyalty mission and talking to her, her story and her struggle with her daughters to kill them all struck me a lot. When you talked to her on occasions Shepard would sit next to her and you would listen to her past, to me it was the first time a video game that I could forget about how someone looked, i.e. her breast and like her for her character. When you sit down next to her and talk it's like talking to a wise old sage, a Jedi Master whos been threw thick and thin and is past there prime and wants to collect all the shattered pieces of her past before her passing. And the only person I would not like to romance just for those facts.

I agree though about Miranda and what you said about her but I don't know, I personally don't like women who use there bodies to get what they want, even if they were forced to look like that, and again. It truthfully comes down to someones own personal views and insight. I do want to see Miranda in the third game though and would love to be on my team and not some second hand character that Ashely, Liara, and Kaiden were like. I also didn't like Ashely or Kaiden. I still cannot be to safe around her, she still was the closes person ever, near the Illusive Man.

I think I'd be more interested to see the hand holding though, since that's never an option for any of my playthroughs. I'm incapable of making my Shep say anything to her that results in a "just friends" option.

Note to mention if this is from Mass Effect Galaxies, he's really let himself go in Mass Effect 2.  I don't see any evidence of that physique.

I know what you mean by the whole "stuck you" part - I actually have a little sister who I rarely see due to my parent's divorcing - yet I would do anything to protect her.. so the whole loyalty mission with Miranda struck more than one note with me.. I understood how she felt and it ultimately lead me to develop a relationship with her.

After her loyalty mission, looks didn't mean a thing to me anymore - same for how you treated Samara. During the conversations with Miranda, I felt like I was talking to someone who could be my Shepard's equal - who has gone through trials and tribulations and survived. I also think that one of the things that Samara has over Miranda with you is that - you couldn't romance Samara, so Bioware had to make up for that with her character through telling you about her history and lessons she has learned. So you developed that close relationship with her because she was open with you - much like how we developed our relationship with Miranda because of how she "warmed" up to us and opened herself up emotionally to us.

If you get the chance - you really should look through some of the pages in this thread.. or maybe go through a romance with Miranda yourself - and pay good attention to her body language and the way she talks. We discuss a lot about Miranda's personality and why she acts the way she does. I think it might change your opinion on the woman as a whole and help you better understand why we love her.

Very much agree - I've tried so many times to hit "accept" on telling her that we should wait when she tells you to venture down into the engine room with her, yet it is physically impossible for me to say no to this woman - or do anything that could at all jeoperdize this relationship.

To get that when you're in the conversation where she says it's bloody stupid hormones making her fall in love take the "Damn, you're right" option.  Shepard will then agree with her that it's not the time and she'll thank him, take his hands and say "Friends."
