@Mavi - You should've seen the HDD on my old computer. Had roughly 300 stories in the works that never saw past Chapter 10 because I just could -not- get anything going. I even went through a year of focusing purely on one to try and get something going - but nothing.

Haha, right now I have to write a satire for English class. I'm gonna make it Horatian, which is comedic, and it shall make fun of MTV. Lol.Rathias0114 wrote...
I've always love writing, haha. I just get too many writer's block to actually make anything out of it.

Don't worry... do you really think I would kill the perfect goddess? It's just so hard to write a serious story with hopeful undertones and tender love at the moment. I have been overwhelmed in the "dark" and "gritty" BS flooding the market. I am so tired of the despair...

Then you get to rescue her from falling off the ledge hehe
I'm pretty sure, though, that you have to pick her second to get this:

Kabraxal, was it you who was talking about the dominatrix/chocolate stuff all those pages back? Because with Rath mentioning a love scene I'm getting all kinds of images in my head.
Yep. Chocalatey goodness...
So far, the erotic scenes in this will not involve chocalate or dom play. I will eventually write my chocalate fantasy, though that might just be a one off erotic story.

Nope, I picked her first and saved her then she returned the favour.

@Kabraxal - Oh, I know. Still, really looking forward to it.
@Mavi - I'm actually getting ready to head out. Feel free to toss me the link though. And I understand how you feel - writing outside of the mood only gives me bad ideas and even worse writing. I'm actually working on a fanfic for SW:TOR - I'll send ya a link to that.

Welcome Plow, and agreed. I got scared Ash would blow her away if I cheated so had to change my intended run through last time lol....
Suppose it depends on your definition of 'dire consequences', but it sounds pretty drastic to me

I think that Shepard and Miranda made a better fit somehow than Shep/Ashley which is why I left Ashley (well more Ashley left Shep after laying the smackdown on Horizon) but I hope that choosing a new love interest doesn't penalise you somehow in ME3

Strange to realize - I didn't think all that hard about breaking up with Ashley. But I could never do it with Miranda.Mr Plow wrote...

As for the consequences. If there are, then so be it. I can only hope it doesn't adverse affect the relationship with Miranda. If that happens, then I'll replay the whole trilogy. But anything else I'll just take.

We hear this "major consequences" a lot...but there's so much speculation as to what it could be.
I'm hoping for a major Love Triangle/Fight Scene! There's twelve possible combinations, which is a large number of scenes to write and voice, but it's not impossible.
Sometimes someone will say that your ME1 LI will only be recruitable if you stayed faithful, but I can't imagine Ashley/Kaidin/Liara being so petty as to say, "Well, you slept with someone else, you'll have to fight the Reapers without me!"
The consequences for choosing new probably need to be restricted to the romance subplot, because there will be people playing ME3 without an imported save, and people who played ME1 and ME2 without an LI.
It would be interesting if Bioware had a "faithful" accomplishment to track along with "Paramour", for people who had an ME1 LI who didn't pick someone new. (The achievement system can track you imports, at least a little bit, which is why you can get Long Service Medal. On the other hand, it would be permanently unavailable to someone with no prior ME1 save.)
And I thought what the consequences in ME3 might be, and I sorta thought that the most likely thing is that Shepard would be with Miranda and be completely unable to patch thigns up with Ashley. And I decided I was basically fine with that. I like Ashley quite a lot, but sometimes you meet someone new, and you have to move on. I decided in ME3, I wanted Shepard to be with Miranda.

Miri, stop smiling, damnit.

I like Ashley, but she's just not on Miranda's level. Had they appeared in a different order, Ashley wouldn't have had a chance. I only wonder how much of a fight Ashley will put up.ComTrav wrote...
