Yvonne sounds so sweet when she says that, it melts my heart every time.

I have to agree 100% on this. That whole scene was done rather well and from there I pretty much knew my Shep would be in it for the long haul with Miranda.

Yea,the scene was sweet and abit of a eye opener on her part imo.

Although the rest of the scene wasn't as strong, that did stop me in my tracks the first time. It's quite a flirtatious line, and Yvonne really sells it. It's also also quite a confident line, reflecting that Miranda is a woman who is completely aware of, and comfortable with, her beauty and sexuality.



(Contrast with Tali's adorably awkward attempts to make a pass at Shepard, and you'll understand the very different appeal of these characters.)



I actually feel like I enjoyed this romance a lot because I didn't really go into the game planning on romancing a specific character, Miranda convinced me.

Yea,I liked that she was upfront with shep,not playing coy with him.I kinda went into this game to romance Miranda,but if I went in without knowing anything about the squad before hand,I would still of romanced her.

Yes. It's almost like she expects Shepard to treat her as another tool, or not see past the surface.

And you do have some pretty mean responses to her when you first meet her. "You don't get it do you, I'M the new favorite."

So, I'm definitely in the ash lover camp, but after having played ME2 several times, Miranda is by far my favourite new squadmate.



Her character backstory is fascinating, and her romance plotline is also quite touching (for my single sheps, of course - main sheppie stayed true to Ash).



I only wish there was more friendship dialogue with her - it's such a shame that her conversation options shut down once you deny the romance path.



So - yay for Miranda. If I can have an Ash/Liara/Miranda squad in ME3, I'll be a happy customer

This,but I still want to see Miri and Ash get into in ME3.Depends how Bioware handels the dialog for that confortation for ME3.

A confrontation scene a la is more dramatic, but a scene where you approach each individually and explain things could work, too.

It'd be probably easier to explain things to Ashley in private. And even if Shepard's planning on staying with Miranda, he still cares for (or at least respects) Ashley to let her know that he's moved on in a respectful way. (Too bad he can't write email...)

It depends if Bioware wants to play this like they're mature adults who are saving the universe or Mass Effect: ZOMG Drama!
