I didn't think Oriana looked like Miri either. Maybe having the same genetic makeup doesn't necessarily mean they'll look identical. I don't know anything about that so I'll leave it for others to speculate.

Did anyone think she did look similar? I know she was supposed to be younger and had a different hairstyle, but I just didn't see it.

They dont look similar at all, she looks like she is related to Kelly more than anything else...

Well, I'm not going to read through all these posts but I'll say I strongly disliked Miranda before the game was released. I was certain I'd stay loyal to Ashley. However, her character turned out not to be so bad after all and she won me over. Now I really like her and hope she is in your squad for ME3.

 A lot of us went through the exact same thing. If you take the time to get to know her and put in the effort to get through her defenses, there's a really great character to be found. Bioware hit the nail on the head, imo.

And don't worry about trying to catch up. It's a lot of "I love Miranda because of this..." and "look at this picture/story/drawing/video/etc of miranda/yvonne". It's been fun, but not really necessary to read for newcomers.

Anyway, we're glad to have you and hope you'll post more! :happy:

I initially thought that they would look similar when Miranda first told me she had a twin.

I remember thinking, "Wait, will she look like you?"

Cuz I wouldn't really like that. I've never liked clones or twins of good characters popping up, I feel like it compromises that character's individuality...

I wish you could mention Oriana's email to Miranda, if for no other reason than to put her on the spot about reading your mail. We all know how sweet Miranda is when she gets flustered, that would've been a fun convo I think.

They did look like mercury! The first time I saw them it took me a second to realize what they were supposed to be.

That is something that the DIV's can improve, in ME2 it was like the emails was not part of the game at all. And why can't you contact people - Emily Wong, Shepard's mother, ect....

Yea I completly agree,a missed oppuntunity on Bioware's part on e-mail topics for charcters.
