 I don't know about everyone else but on both my playthroughs with my adept (veteran then insanity), Miranda was in my squad for every single mission, and boy did it make things a lot easier.

Same here but I was Vanguard,I had her on every single mission except leading the 1st attack squad in the Collector base.My pull+Miranda's slam=Epic ownage.

I've played soldier in every single playthrough (not a big fan of biotics) but Miranda makes life so much easier for survivability. Slam is godmode, as it's been said - and two abilities that rip through Shields AND Armor? Plus the ability to branch her to give the whole squad a health or damage bonus? She's the whole package.
