Totally agree, we shouldn't become shallow, so...

I don;t know if this was said yet or not, but I love her confidence in the game, to some it came off as a negative thing, but I like a confident woman. She nailed that on the head IMO.

A woman who is not sure if she is sexy and attractive takes away from any attractiveness that is there, when a woman who knows she is beautiful wields that beauty flawlessly.

I couldn't agree more. I know some did not like when she talked about a control chip, but it was understand to me. This was a woman who gave two years of her life building you up, and she'll be damned if you turn your back on them from day one.

Trying to remember a discussion someone had a while ago where someone said each LI seems more tailored to a specific group of people. Tali's clearly the "cute, awkward, dorky girl", I see Miranda more as the "accomplished, mature, career woman." She's had previous relationships (probably with Jacob, I also suspected there was something going on with Nikmet), has an 'official age' of 35 (Shepard being officially 31), and presumably has a past of impressive professional accomplishments. (You don't take a graduate student, however brilliant, to bring someone back from the dead.)



I suppose Jack is teenage angst, me-against-the-world. Ashley's definitely the tomboy (almost as much health as Wrex!). Liara I think fills the same niche as Tali in the first game.

I agree with you ComTrav. Miranda does seem in a way the more mature of the LI's imo. She seemed to be the better fit for my Shepard.

I couldn't agree more. I know some did not like when she talked about a control chip, but it was understand to me. This was a woman who gave two years of her life building you up, and she'll be damned if you turn your back on them from day one.

totally. you can see from the beginning that she thinks of you only as some kind of job or assignment. you're a project. but as the game progresses the more you talk to her the more you discover who she really is behind that attitude she gives herself and she comes to know you even more as well, which is beginning to change her perspective of you. It's SO satisfying to her side with you at the end. It really shows how much she evolved as a character.

Man I love her character development!

Yvonne is absolutely incredible with her accents. her English in Chuck is practically perfect. If I remember correctly in one episode she needs to portray an aussie representative of some sort. You can then hear her real accent in that role. Just lovely.

Ya I think her Australian accent really makes Miranda very unique upon herself. Plus her accent sounds amazing.

oh she IS tough...lol

but seriously I remember one time we where totally cornered and attacked from every possible direction. as i'm taking cover i lean around to look at what's going on and what do I see? Miranda. Just standing straight up on top of a box or something like that, with no cover and she really was pwning everyone. Man she looked so kick-ass. Love at first sight.
